Like other StaticSmart ESD Carpet Products, the SMT line is over-designed with redundant conductivity to safely and effectively remove static charges.

Constructed with the unique StaticSmart FibreLink design, our SMT esd carpet tile has conductive fiber in every tuft. Charges are ionized at the surface and conducted through the patented adhesive system directly to ground, to safely and quickly eliminate static charges.

The StaticSmart SMT carpet provides the same permanent static protective qualities as our Modular ESD Carpet Tiles, while offering the best value in ESD flooring. Designed specifically for use in manufacturing areas, the SMT Carpet tiles are tightly woven to resist pile crush and eliminate lint.

The StaticSmart SMT carpet tile costs less than half as much as hard-surface floors. Because it retains conductivity without the need for additional treatments, such as sprays, waxes or rejuvinators, StaticSmart SMT Carpet Tile is also easy and inexpensive to maintain.

Flexible, Easy to Install and Replace
StaticSmart SMT Carpet Tiles, installed using our unique Releasable Adhesive, are easily laid down or replaced. No special skills or tools required. The carpet tiles can be installed over almost any existing floor. When production configurations change, simply move the floor to match.
 
Our Adhere MC releasable adhesive sets quickly and is simple to apply--in just one easy step. The total downtime required for removal and replacement of the floor is just a few hours.

Quiet, Safe, Attractive
StaticSmart SMT Carpet absorbs 10 times the noise of a hard surface floor, virtually deadening impact noise as the source. The flexible surface cushions the legs, reducing fatigue and back strain. You can also color-code the SMT carpet upon installation to direct traffic patterns—an important safety feature.
