| StaticSmart StatLock Carpet Provides Easy Access to Cables & Wires |
StaticSmart StatLock ESD Carpet is ideal for areas where constant access to
cables and wires is required. StatLock carpet is conductive carpet laminated
permanently onto each access floor panel by the access floor manufacturer for
direct one-to-one correspondence of carpet to panel. The result is streamlined
removal and handling of panels, dramatic time savings in reinstallation, and
minimized waste when relocating cut-outs.
 Julie's StatLock ESD Carpet is constructed with 20 lb tuft bind,
to provide exceptional resistance to edge ravel and pulled tufts. Solution-dyed
yarn gives the carpet excellent color-fastness. The StatLock carpet is
also approved for high traffic areas and is easy to clean and maintain.
StatLock ESD Carpet is applied to the access floor panel using our specially
designed StatLock backing, a super-strong condensed reinforced urethane
backing which adheres permanently to the panel. The StatLock backing is
engineered to work with the normal adhesive used by access floor manufacturers.
With a 20# tuft bind and 10# edge lock, the StatLock system eliminates
the need for clumsy edge trim and ensures a tough, durable floor surface.
The StatLock backing is strong enough to enable our StatLock carpet to
be made with loop pile. Loop pile is more dense and durable than cut pile
and produces no lint. The StaticSmart StatLock system has conductive properties
of less than 1.0 x 108 Ohms, for the ultimate static-free environment. |
